This is a showcase site. There is no account, no form and no online payment. Here is exactly what we know about you, and what we do with it.

What the site collects on its own
Nothing that identifies you. There is no analytics tool, no ad network and no commercial tracker on these pages. Our host keeps technical logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested) to keep the service secure and running; those logs are purged automatically.

What you send us
When you write on WhatsApp, by email or by phone, you tell us what you choose to tell us: your name, your number, your region, the size of your operation, the course you are interested in. We receive nothing else.

What we use it for
Answering you: recommending a product and a dose, preparing a quote, giving you course dates, arranging a delivery. Nothing beyond that.

Cookies
One cookie is set, named NEXT_LOCALE. It remembers the language you picked so we do not ask again on your next visit. It holds no personal data and tracks nothing. You can delete it in your browser at any time and the site will work normally.

Third-party services
Three outside services are reachable from our pages: WhatsApp (Meta) for conversation, Google Maps for the factory location, and Facebook for our posts. The moment you open one, you enter its own data processing, governed by its policy rather than ours.

How long we keep your messages
WhatsApp threads and emails are kept for the duration of the commercial relationship or the course, then for the legal retention period applying to commercial records. After that they are deleted.

Who we share it with
Nobody. We do not sell, rent or trade your contact details. They leave the company only where the law requires it.

Your rights
You may ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or object to its use. Write to contact@biobeespro.com and we will reply within thirty days. These rights come from Algerian law no. 18-07 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data, and from the GDPR if you write to us from the European Union.

The site is served over HTTPS. Commercial correspondence is held in business accounts with restricted access.
